The BBC's coverage of the early rounds of the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup returns for a second season and their selection for the first round live streamed game sees Rochdale Mayfield matched up against Warrington-based Crosfields.
Hosts Mayfield will be the favourites in this clash, with the National Conference Premier Division side playing two tiers above visitors Crosfields, who ply their trade in Division 2.
The clash at Mayfield Sports centre kicks off at 2pm, and you can watch the full game live on the BBC Sport website with expert commentary from BBC Sport's Rugby League correspondent Dave Woods, who is joined by special guest summariser Jamie Jones-Buchanan.
A rematch of last year's London Men's League Grand Final which saw the Hoists claim a dramatic 25-18 win back in August.
The pair finished as the league's top two in 2017 and claimed one league win over each other during the season - the Hoists winning 24-12 at home in April, while the Chargers produced a narrow 22-17 home win in July.
Held at London Skolars' New River Stadium on Saturday, the stage is set for an enthralling London derby to decide who makes it to round two of the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup.
Two sides who ripped through their respective leagues in 2017, Batley Boys head to Underbank on the back of a table-topping Yorkshire Men's League Premier Division season.
The Boys, from the eighth tier, won all 16 of their regular season matches last season as they stormed to top spot, meanwhile Underbank picked up an impressive 17 league wins as they earned promotion to the NCL Premier Division.
Though over 30 places separate the two West Yorkshire sides, anything could happen in the Challenge Cup first round - as eighth tier Haydock showed in beating NCL Premier Division Wath Brow Hornets last year.
Could there be an upset on the cards?
Leigh Miners Rangers will be determined to kick off 2018 in style after suffering a shock relegation last year.
After reaching the NCL Grand Final in 2016, they finished bottom of the league in 2017 and will have a point to prove as they welcome NCL Premier Division opposition to Twist Lane on Saturday.
Though Miners picked up just three wins all season, they managed to complete the double over Myton - claiming a 24-22 win at home in March, while they won 24-16 away from home in September - so the Warriors could have revenge on their minds as they look to claim a place in the second round draw.
