Ben Casty (France), Quentin Boissonnade (France), Guido Bonatti (Italy), Andrew Pilkington (Spain) and Jaroslav Bzoch (Czech Republic) are all part of a pool of officials selected to officiate at the RLEF Championships.
They undertook training with the Full Time Match Officials, experienced group and 1 to 1 reviews with the coaches and participated in recovery sessions.
The European Officials also had the opportunity to attend the second test match between England and New Zealand at Anfield, Liverpool on Sunday.
Steve Ganson, Head of Match Officials said, “It's really important that we support the development of referees from other nations and I am pleased to have welcomed them into our environment with the hope that they have gained some insight and knowledge that they can take back to their respective nations.”
