Liam Marshall scored a hat-trick as Wigan Warriors closed to within four points of the top of Betfred Super League with a 46-8 win against Leeds Rhinos.
The hosts ran in seven tries, with Sam Tomkins kicking nine goals, as the Rhinos suffered a seventh straight defeat - their worst run in Super League history.
The visitors took an early lead when a Richie Myler kick was not dealt with and Brett Ferres gathered to score but Marshall scored two tries in quick succession as the Warriors took charge.
Two penalties from Tomkins preceded Josh Woods forcing his way across the line, and Tomkins landed another two points to give the hosts a 22-4 half-time lead.
Liam Farrell extended the lead when he broke to touch down nine minutes into the second half and Thomas Leuluai spun over with 16 minutes left to add Wigan's fifth try.
Joel Moon managed a consolation try for Leeds with 10 minutes left but the hosts responded with a Tom Davies try before Marshall completed his hat-trick late on following some fine work from Morgan Escare.
