Betfred Super League leaders St Helens continued their impressive run of form with a 40-18 victory over Castleford Tigers at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle.
Saints opened their try-scoring account in the third minute through Kyle Amor and, although Mike McMeeken responded for the Tigers, the in-form Ben Barba crossed before Jonny Lomax and Dominique Peyroux gave them a 22-4 lead at half-time.

The momentum was still with the visitors at the start of the second period as Ryan Morgan scored twice in the space of seven minutes.
Theo Fages added another before the hosts clicked into gear with tries from Jy Hitchcox, Jake Trueman and Oliver Holmes.
However, Fages had the final say for Saints with his second of the night just a few minutes before the end.
