Salford Red Devils clinched their first win of the 2018 Betfred Super League season by defeating Hull KR 36-12 at the AJ Bell Stadium.
The Red Devils were brushed aside by Wigan Warriors in their opener and then edged out at Wakefield two weeks ago but hit back from an early deficit to ease to victory.
Thomas Minns pounced on Chris Atkin's grubber for a converted score as the Robins took a second-minute lead but the Robins hit back with three unanswered tries to lead 18-6 at the break.
Gareth O'Brien latched on to his low kick to score five minutes later, Junior Sa'u took advantage of a gap in the visiting defence to go over after 18 minutes while Jake Bibby latched on to Kris Welham's offload to touch down on the half hour.
Robert Lui crossed the whitewash on Salford's first set of six after the resumption although Hull KR, without the influential Danny McGuire in their line-up, narrowed the deficit thanks to Adam Quinlan's fine individual effort in the 54th minute.
But Niall Evalds' tries in the 65th and 70th minutes guaranteed the two points for Salford, with O'Brien successfully splitting the posts on all six occasions to finish with a haul of 16 points.
