Warrington Wolves can confirm that Kevin Penny and Matty Blythe will be leaving the club at the end of the current season.
Local winger Penny, 29, made his Wire debut in 2006 and holds heritage number 1071. Having left the club in 2010 he re-signed for his hometown club for a second stint in 2014, making a total of 93 appearances for the club, crossing for 63 tries including many acrobatic displays in the corner.
Blythe, 28, has also enjoyed two spells at Warrington. Making his debut in 2007 he moved on to sign for Bradford in 2013, re-signing for the Wire head of the 2017 season. His Wire career earned him heritage number 1077 with 63 appearances and 12 tries to his name.
Karl Fitzpatrick, chief executive, said: “We would like to thank both players for their contributions and dedication to the club during their time at Warrington. All at the club wish them well in their future ventures.”
