Catalans Dragons legend Thomas Bosc, who spent his entire career at the club, will retire at the end of the season.
The French International playmaker, named in the Catalans Dragons Team of the Decade, has proven his unconditional loyalty by remaining a one-club man.
Thomas Bosc told catalansdragons.com:“ It’s a really hard decision to take but the time has come to say stop. This season has been really tough for me, being sidelined for months is hard to accept when you still want to play and love playing.”
“I am very privileged to have played my whole career here and I am very honoured to have worn the Catalans jersey. I will retire as a one club player which I am very proud of.
“I have played alongside so many great players, alongside friends and I have so many great memories with the club.
“I want to stay involved in the club, I'm really grateful for all it has given me and I’d love to give something back.”

A Catalans local product, Bosc is the only Dragons player who played the inaugural 2006 season to still be in the squad.
He is the highest points scorer in Catalans history with 1173 points scored in 221 Betfred Super League games. Bosc is the only French player to have score more than a thousand points in the competition.
Catalans Chairman Bernard Guasch said: “Thomas will remain amongst the legendary players of Catalans Dragons.
“He had a tremendous career, one of the greatest careers in French Rugby League history. He is the last player who was here at the beginning and who remained loyal to the club.
“His qualities as a player and as a man allowed him to gain the respect of everyone in Betfred Super League.
“He is an exemplary player on and off the field who has always given his best for the club, and he must remain a role-model for all, especially the future generations of players.
“I want to keep him at the club so he can continue to share his experience and values.
“The entire club wish him all the best in the future and we thank him for his invaluable contribution to Catalans Dragons."
